Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Methods

We ship worldwide via international express couriers (DHL, FedEx, UPS) and, for large volumes, by air or sea freight. The available options and costs are confirmed in your quotation.

2. Production and Delivery Time

Standard production takes 7–10 working days after artwork approval. Courier transit typically adds 3–7 days depending on destination. Sea freight takes longer and is quoted per project.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping is calculated by weight, volume and destination and shown separately in the quotation. For eligible orders, we can arrange shipping on your courier account (Incoterms: EXW / FOB / DAP as agreed).

4. Customs, Duties and Taxes

Import duties, taxes and customs fees in the destination country are the responsibility of the customer, unless DDP terms have been agreed. Please check local import regulations for your products.

5. Order Tracking

After dispatch we provide the tracking number by email. Orders are packed in neutral or custom cartons as specified in the order.
